Register Your Return

Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack the Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over the package at your nearest authorized parcel shop. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
